Chef Ahmad Nazli Bin Mohamad Asli

With over 15 years of culinary experience, Chef Ahmad Nazli has carved a distinguished path in the hospitality industry, having worked with 14 five-star hotels across Malaysia. His culinary expertise extends beyond borders, with notable contributions in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Indonesia, and Singapore.

Chef Amad Nazli played a pivotal role in managing food operations for 11 hotels under the Al-Husam Group in Makkah and Jeddah, catering to over 20,000 meals daily during Umrah and Hajj seasons. His international assignments also include 2 hotels in Dubai, 1 in Jakarta, and 3 in Singapore, where he also worked with Muslim Delights Catering.

As an F&B Consultant with 5 years of experience, he continues to elevate hospitality standards through innovative solutions and operational strategies.

Since 2016, Chef Nazli has been leading his own food & beverage business, combining culinary artistry with strategic vision. His passion, discipline, and innovation continue to inspire both rising chefs and industry professionals.

Nozirul Razuan Bin Ramli

Director

A seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, including 17 years specializing in inflight catering and 5 years in F&B service and manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a commitment to food quality and safety.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), complementing his hands-on industry experience with solid knowledge in business management and strategy.
